IWS M&E secures place on United Utilities framework

The South Staffordshire Plc owned provider of specialist mechanical and electrical services wins place on the contract for a minimum of three years with the option of an additional five-year extension.

United Utilities, the water and wastewater company that services 3 million homes and businesses in the North West of England, has awarded Integrated Water Services (IWS) M&E, a place on its new electrical services framework following a recent competitive tender process.

The team at IWS M&E will support United Utilities across its complete region with reactive and planned electrical services including servicing, overhaul, repair, inspection, fault diagnosis, corrective and remedial work, alterations to circuits, replacement of equipment, and new equipment design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning.
