We are delighted to welcome Edward Shepherd as our new Operations Director. Edward will join the South Staffordshire Plc compliance division senior management team, overseeing all operational aspects for the division’s two brands IWS Water Hygiene and Omega Red.
Edward brings a wealth of experience to his new role with us, having previously held senior positions within a service provision business and having extensive expertise in the engineering industry.
This includes eight years of experience as Service Operations Director at MSA The Safety Company, a decade of experience at Bristol Uniforms Limited and four years in a senior position at Thales.
Dedication to developing both individuals and organisations, Edward has vast experience in delivering operational efficiencies. Clearly focused on optimising processes and improving overall performance, Edward will play a crucial role in driving the division’s operational capabilities.
