Integrated Water Services (IWS) Water Hygiene is thrilled to have won the contract with Midland Heart housing association to provide Legionella and water hygiene services within their portfolio of communal and residential properties.

They had previously held the contract for in excess of 10 years but lost out as part of a re-tendering process. After Midland Heart decided to go through a re-tendering process, IWS Water Hygiene proved to be advantageous on cost and quality in their return and were awarded the framework for an initial 12-month period with a view to potential extensions thereafter.
