IWS Water Hygiene is pleased to announce the achievement of certification to Occupational Health & Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018 for Water Hygiene Services and Legionella compliance works.

ISO 45001

(ISO 45001 is the new international standard for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS). It replaces OHSAS 18001)

This achievement is to certify that IWS Water Hygiene hold a current certificate and operates an Occupational Health & Safety Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 45001:2018.

This new accreditation will enable IWS Water Hygiene to provide a safe and healthy workplace by preventing work-related injury and ill health, as well as by proactively improving our Occupational Health & Safety performance.

IWS Water Hygiene will improve employee safety, reduce workplace risks and create better, safer working conditions.  Our clients will benefit and be reassured that IWS Water Hygiene have been audited to rigorous standards, giving them confidence that we are supplying the best possible service with the highest level of Health & Safety management.

Scope of works include: Water Hygiene Services, Legionella compliance works, our works include – temperature monitoring of the clients water systems, legionella risk assessments of the clients water systems, remedial works including the replacement of cold water storage tanks, sampling of water systems, closed system monitoring, dosing equipment monitoring and inspections.
